Flexible user permissions to help you manage your data

Set different permissions for different users, allowing you to manage who has access to see and edit your user insights

Qualdesk currently supports three levels of user permissions that cover the vast majority of use cases in a typical organization:

  • Read-only access: Users can browse, search and view all published insights and collections (i.e. those not in draft mode)
  • Write access: Users can create and edit insights and collections, and publish insights and collections they’ve created
  • Administrator access: Users can publish and unpublish any insights or collection, manage information structure and tags and taxonomy, add and remove users, and manage billing and payments
