Insights are accessible to everyone who needs them

Qualdesk Insights is designed to make it as easy as possible for you to share user insights with anyone who might need them – whether within your team, another team like marketing or sales, or even outside of your organization, for example to a consultant or agency.

As an administrator, you can decide whether to make insights accessible to people within your organization.

If this is enabled, when a visitor clicks on a Qualdesk Insights link, they’ll be asked to enter their email address. They’ll then receive an email with a link to return to the insight, and they’ll automatically be signed in without having to create an account manually.
