Fully customizable taxonomy and tags
Qualdesk Insights supports both:
- Defined tags: users select from a predefined list (helpful in scenarios where you have a list of relatively fixed labels, e.g. customer segments)
- Free text tags: users can both select from a list and add their own
It also makes it easy to mirror your existing information structures in the taxonomy.
